: General ManagerJonas Club SoftwarePOSITION:The General Manager position for Jonas Club Software is an important role leading the performance of the private club division to manage and grow the operations of a highly successful business.In this key role, working closely with the President, you will ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing budgets, personnel and resources, working closely with a very established and knowledgeable team. The post requires a hands-on leader with strong multi-tasking, organizational, interpersonal and management skills.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The General Manager Jonas Club Software will be responsible for:

• Implementing risk management policies to address strategic, operational, security and legislative compliance risks; ensure legal filings are completed in compliance with local law
• Experience building effective teams and are comfortable coaching direct reports
• Develop the annual business plan and operating budget for all departments and monitor implementation to ensure that financial targets are met, managing operational performance in an efficient and timely manner
• A collaborative leader with a willingness to actively work on customer accounts and develop solutions alongside any member of the team.
• Overseeing the welfare and career development of all employees and ensuring a safe working environment for all
• Have proven experience of managing multiple conflicting priorities to meet strategic deadlines in a fast-paced environment and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Thrive in a results-driven background and be comfortable with financial and performance measurement. Have an in-depth understanding of the measurements and metrics used to drive a successful CSI Group company
• Sound knowledge of statutory, legal and contractual obligations as well as sound knowledge of local business practices
• Developing, motivating and empowering a dedicated and experienced team to deliver excellent results in a timely manner
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and lead a team
• Ensuring a high standard of work and customer service whilst promoting the company culture and valuesQUALIFICATIONS:
• Maintain strict adherence to the Jonas Software security and legal policies
• Driving commercial growth, including the strategic and operational requirements of the business
• Excellent timely decision-making skills with an analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to build positive relationships with the Jonas Software family of companies
• Experience managing sales teams with a background on developing compensation, bonus, commissions and other variable compensation plans
• Possess exceptional written communication skills and presentation skills for delivering key messages clearly and confidently
• Understand the need to drive for results and success for both customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Using Jonas Software benchmarking data and knowledge of best practices to ensure resourcing is in line with the needs of all stakeholders and develop plans to align with the operational and financial forecasts
• Work cross functionally with Customer Support, Professional Services, R & D, Sales and Marketing to address client specific concerns, support solutions and provide input in maintenance planning to achieve the company goals
• Strong experience on identifying and solving problems with the ability to maintain composure and lead during a crisis
• Senior Management experience and an established profile within the software industry is required with private club/hospitality experience as an asset
• Demonstrate the ability to budget, forecast and coordinate a range of business functions across different teams
• Sound planning skills and the ability to contribute to and support strategic direction
• Providing input into the product strategy and ensuring effective delivery with a focus on quality and improving NPS scores from clients
