Robert Half is hiring a highly-skilled and motivated individual to lead operations in the North York, Ontario office of a growing company as their Office Manager. Are you a passionate self-starter ready to take the next step in your career? Then this Office Manager role may be for you. The Office Manager role is a permanent position.
Major responsibilities

• Take charge of communication systems, copy services, word processing, utility services, main and distribution services, office reception, and office equipment
• Be in charge of over overall office administration
• Assess and find improvements in office efficiencies
• Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
• Help Management in managing budget for office related items and staff

Requirements

• Expertise in Administrative Assistance, Executive Assistance, or Office Management
• Previous experience taking ownership of an office is highly encouraged
• Similar Job related experience
• Strong technical skills required, paperless company
• A can-do attitude will be what is required!
• Solid understanding of calendar management
