National Administrator Jobs

Join one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies! Aplin is currently looking to add an enthusiastic, customer-focused Administrator to join our National Administration team for a 12-month contract with a strong potential to become permanent.
The role of the National Administrator provides variety and diversity, which requires the ability to multi-task on a minute-to-minute basis. We provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients across Canada and are ambassadors of 1st impressions.
In order be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, organized, and resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be very well versed on MS Office applications and be able to take initiative.
The Role
Responsible For Managing Various Requests Such As

• Candidate testing
• Sending client documentation – which can be time sensitive
• Background / Screening checks
• Covering team members across the country when needed
• Various research projects
• Creating new contacts / new companies / updating contact information
• Job postings
• Weekly Timesheet/Temp Payroll coordination
• Maintaining client and candidate files using an in-house CRM system
• Working closely with the corporate team
• Managing onboarding documentation

The Ideal Candidate

• College/University graduate would be an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years previous experience in an office environment as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
• Able to meet deadlines and plan/prioritize accordingly
• High School Diploma is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to learn and develop their skills
• Strong work ethic, multi-tasker, with excellent attention to detail
• Please note this is a ‘work from home’ opportunity but will require the occasional in-office days.
• Bilingual (French) would be considered an asset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
