Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will prepare financial reports that serve as summary information for managers. In this role you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting information on a variety of data types. This Data Analyst position is for someone who is deadline driven and highly analytical.
Your responsibilities in this role
  • Analyze corporate reports in order to create financial reports
  • Organize, manipulate, and extract data in response to management requests
  • Implement and execute data mining projects, utilizing investigative, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Compile analytical reports and identify relevant insights
  • Analyze data for market assessments, forecasting, and additional investigation
Requirements
  • Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
  • Expansive mastery of data management and manipulation
  • Understanding of various data models
  • BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
