The Higher Education Technology Services team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday implementation projects. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. About The Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with a variety of internal and packaged tools to validate, transform, and load data.
• Work cross-organizationally with functional consultants, customers, and other internal and external teams in the pursuit of converting customers to Workday.
• Influence the future development of our organization, the Workday Product, and our implementation tools.
• Use your presentation and communication skills to ensure a smooth migration process.
• Collaborate with others to contribute to the success of our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners.
• History of serving in customer-facing roles responsible for leading a workstream or initiative.
• Depth of experience in data migrations, report building, or software development

Other Qualifications

• Excellent consulting and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to work on multiple projects.
• Advanced knowledge of data manipulation technologies such as SQL, scripting languages, web services, and XML.
• Adept understanding of Higher-Education business functions.
• Experience contributing to the success of multiple software deployments.
• Ability to travel.
• Passion for data challenges, encouraging others, and team building.

About You

We are looking for hardworking, creative consultants who are passionate about what they do! You should excel at explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding customer procedures. You are curious about how things work and love solving puzzles.

We look for team members who will suggest innovative ways to develop and deliver technical solutions. You should be a self-starter who can drive ideas from design through implementation.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $106,800 - $160,200

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $101,500 - $185,800
