Education Consultant Jobs

The Role: Our company is looking for qualified and experienced Education Consultants to join our team. As part of the student success function at GrantMe, you’ll be a consultant and mentor for the next generation of students for education related matters. Every interaction you have with a student will directly contribute to helping them getting accepted to their top choice schools, have enough funding to be able to visit these schools and overall have a great transition to university! As an independent education consultant, you will also have a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely.ResponsibilitiesAs an education consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing expert guidance and support to students on education-related matters through video calls
• Collaborating with educators, student account managers, and parents to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
• Use internal tools to track activity and outcomes.
• Talking to students who registered for our platform, show them our app's features, answer their questions, and plan for their success!
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education to ensure students receive the best advice possible.

• Are great at navigating new software and learning on the fly.

• Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly
• Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Possess relentless resourcefulness. You always find a way to get stuff done.
• Have high energy, a positive attitude and are passionate about helping students graduate debt-free
• Think on their feet and can problem-solve on the fly
• Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
• Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills and are open to receiving feedback
• Are driven, self-motivated, and have a fantastic work ethic
