The Analyst's responsibilities will mainly include entering high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and Day force databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail. This short-term contract / temporary Data Analyst position is in Richmond, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with data entry and additional administrative tasks
• Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
• Working with highly confidential materials
• Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements
• Working on special projects as assigned
• Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
• Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents

Requirements

• Adeptness in Data Migration
• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• High school diploma or comparable degree
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Expertise in data entry
• Dayforce experience highly desired
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
• Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
• Strong organization skills
• Deep understanding of numeric data entry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Analytical Skills
• Experience with higher level functionality in Microsoft Excel
• Ceridian experience
