Each of our colleges has designation and accreditations approved by the regulating bodies in the respective provinces where each school operates.

We are currently looking for an seasoned Manager of University Partnerships to join our Victoria and Vancouver locations. This new role will have a strong emphasis on expanding and maintaining current Pathway and Associate Degree Programs for the Colleges. while building new ones. In this role you will be an integral part of our high performance team, while networking with partners and affiliates to bring us to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Working closely with the partnership development director to identify new solutions and services to offer to partner institutions.
• Ongoing strategic reporting of potential opportunities within the region.
• Qualifying potential partners to ensure alignment with our mission and services.
• Articulating, differentiating, and positioning the value of our services.
• Working across organizational teams to support effective relationship management with all stakeholders and partners.
• Efficiently managing a continuous pipeline of new partner opportunities to meet business goals through regular funnel reporting, effective communication across teams regarding partner activities, and ensuring follow through on partner onboarding and launch events.
• Representing the Innivec brand professionally, while clearly communicating our mission and services.
• Gather insights through analytics and feedback to create long term value and evolve our services to meet the needs of our partners, and markets.
• Attending and presenting at key industry events.
• Working with a team to develop new partnerships with Canadian institutions.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of a regional partnership development strategy.

Who We Are Looking for

• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads daily.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision. Can exercise sound judgment.
• High level of integrity in dealing with confidential information; business savviness, sales-orientation, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent relationship building and management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Influential personality with good connections in the Canadian higher education domain.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with superior problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with experience in contract negotiations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills to effectively develop and maintain partnerships.
• Minimum 5+ years prior experience in partnership development, and sales experience in the Canadian education sector, with sound knowledge of the landscape of international higher education.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (e.g., BS or BA in Business, Marketing or Communications); a Master’s degree is preferred.
