Key Responsibilities:
- Support with compiling bids & proposal.
- Identify key projects & clients within Canada.
- Focus on Capital and large-scale projects.
- Support with technical and commercial bids.
- Work alongside local & regional sales teams.
- Customer relationship both existing & new.
- Develop new & existing clients.
Accountabilities:
- Knowledge in international movement of project cargoes.
- Developing & maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge in moving out-of-gauge cargoes via ocean, road and rail.
- Good knowledge & experience in finding solutions “tried and tested” or unique solution moving freight in and out of Canada & North America.
Interaction with:
- Sales team
- Bids & proposals team
- Global Growth & enablement
- Procurement
Experience in:
- Good knowledge & experience in finding solutions “tried and tested” or unique solution moving freight in and out of Canada & the US.
- Knowledge in moving out-of-gauge and/or heavy-lift, cargoes via ocean, road and rail
- Knowledge in working across various industries (renewables, energy, power, mining etc.)
- Developing & maintain client relationships
- Knowledge in international movement of project cargoes
Presents the performance indicators which the success of the job is measured by:
- Develop industry specific opportunities
- Increase profitability and maximizing revenue
- Identifying & bring new opportunities
- Identify potential target projects
- Negotiating skills
*Position can be based anywhere in Canada. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
