Partnership Manager


As a Partnership Manager you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, helping to enable pipeline and revenue growth and manage successful partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, providing feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence through quarterly business reviews to track progress against goals and commitments; collaborate for revenue and scorecard impact
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to identify new business opportunities and potential partnership prospects.
  • Own all partner performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with expectations and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Understand partner objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively provide recommendations and solutions to drive success of organizations' solutions using mutual action plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to achieve mutual targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate and deliver partner enablement training and workshops to enhance their understanding and proficiency in utilizing offerings.
  • Lead the GTM activities with partners, including the development of joint plans with each partner, this includes, but is not limited to:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product to develop and execute partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs after initial partner account handoff.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and best practices to optimize their utilization of products and services.


  • Defining the Joint Value-Proposition between the two parties
  • Work with the partners to set and achieve KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Implementing a Joint Marketing Plan and content schedule
  • Establishing and leading the delivery of a Partner Enablement Plan


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner success and deliver measurable results to meet targets.
  • Track record of a full sales cycle role demonstrable through to the end user.
  • Proven results in driving incremental revenue through partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Strong EQ skills, able to build strong relationships internally and externally while inspiring and driving a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong self starter with business acumen as well as the the ability to understand partner needs and align them with company objectives
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
  • 3+ years of related partnership management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
