We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Partnerships to join our team of talented professionals. The Senior Sales Manager, Partnerships is responsible for managing and driving business initiatives through existing and new partnerships across Canada. This position will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to plan and execute on the partnership opportunities.
**This is a remote role that may be based in Canada or UK**
What will you do?
- Monitor all partnership contracts and negotiate terms of agreements
- Develop partnership marketing plans and work with sales and product teams to optimize partnership outcomes and advance B2B payments strategy.
- Consult with senior leaders within partnership businesses to identify and promote business opportunities
- Develop and execute on plan to establish new and differentiated partnerships that drive Paramount Commerce’s growth strategy
- Track key metrics and prepare/present insights to management on a monthly basis
- Follow account management best practices.
- Facilitate discussions with all partners to understand what markets they support and understand alignment and growth opportunities within each
- Serve as primary relationship contact for B2B partner relationships
You will have:
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate a positive and effective team environment at all levels of the organization
- 3+ years in payments, financial services, e-commerce or another related field
- 5+ years combined experience in B2B relationship management
- Strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills (written and oral) to influence all levels of the organization
- Strong track record delivering results with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, relationship management and organizational skills
