Manager, Customer Marketing Jobs

We're currently looking to hire a Manager, Customer Marketing.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for leading projects within the Kits division to execute all project requests and work plans. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver project requests, effectively manage multiple projects from beginning to end while ensuring project deliverables fall within the applicable scope.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems and coordinate project teams consisting of functional area staff when necessary relative to the project scope and objectives.
• Manage resourcing requirements and prioritizes key projects and sequencing.
• Continually communicate the status of each assigned project to all project participants and stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and managing multiple project timelines that are created in partnership with multiple departments. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Assist Senior leadership with leading large projects from start to finish (identifying shopper behavior to change – concepting/ideation - activation planning – execution – recap/reporting)
• Responsible for setting team standards, building relationships with cross functional teams.
• Assign tasks, duties and responsibilities to project personnel and monitor performance.
• Lead in the creation of process maps regarding larger projects within the Kits division of the Company.
• Responsible for minimizing risks on project through day-to-day management of operational aspects of project and scope.
• Contribute to the execution of the company’s long-term plan (LTP) within the Marketing and Product Development department.
• Develop new processes and use best practices surrounding project management within the Company.
• Working with project team members, prepare and present business reviews and project plans for multiple categories.

Recipe for Success:

• Completion of a university degree in Marketing or Business with a minimum of 5 years’ project manager experience
• Solid understanding of urgency in responding to internal (other departments) and external (suppliers, agencies, customers) partners
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Project management with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
• Previous marketing experience within the Food Manufacturing industry

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with clear communications (verbal and written)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands
• A self-starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions
• Knowledge of business concepts (eg. Sales funnels, ROI, Seasonality, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work strategically, tactically, and operationally, independently or as part of a team
• Cross functional stakeholder management and project management discipline
• Projects are completed in alignment with expected deadlines
• Creating cut edge innovation to be the leader in Give & Go brands
