About This Team
The Digital Marketing - Retention and Lifecycle team is responsible for driving revenue and retention through CRM and personalized, omni-channel guest journeys.
a day in the life
  • Build strategies and technical requirements for innovative email and push notification campaigns and lifecycle journeys that drive business performance.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners in e-commerce, creative, merchandising, MarTech and other business partners to develop and execute innovative strategies to drive business performance.
  • Advocate for channel insights and best practices with an eye for dynamic content, personalization, and scalable efficiencies.
  • Continuously analyze, A/B test and optimize live journeys across the guest lifecycle to drive engagement and retention, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a digestible and timely manner.
  • Manage the execution of campaigns and lifecycle journeys from end to end including creative brief-in, enrolling MarTech and Operations teams, and managing through delivery and go-live.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of lifecycle-campaign concepting and management.
  • Prior experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email HTML & CSS and able to understand how campaigns are developed to make compelling strategies, that are also technically feasible.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to create and execute compelling guest-first strategies through excellent brief-writing and strong cross-functional partnership.
  • 3+ years of experience in owned channel retention marketing (email and push notifications).
  • Foundational understanding of automation and dynamic content, with desire to grow.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI) with desire to grow.
  • Engaged and up to date on email and push notification marketing trends and best practices.
