About This Team
The Digital Marketing – Retention and Lifecycle team is responsible for the success, growth and innovation of triggered automated and retargeting marketing campaigns in the email and push notification channels. This function is responsible for developing, supporting and scaling of all email and push campaigns, as well as owning the daily maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
a day in the life

• Own email and push subscriber audience lists and manage data hygiene of production data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design, build and execute data-driven retargeting and automated marketing campaigns, ensuring the successful delivery of these initiatives, through technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with large cross-functional teams to execute daily campaigns, troubleshooting processes and resolving production issues to comply with established internal SLAs
• Perform hands-on technical development for projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud using SQL, AMPScript, HTML, CSS, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio and Journey Builder

Qualifications

• Min 2-year diploma in relevant field, 4-year bachelors preferred
• Solid hands-on experience (1-2 years) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Building, Query Studio, AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Experience and ability to troubleshoot and resolve email and push notification issues
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of Retention Marketing or Digital Marketing
