A Look At Your Benefits

• You hold a permanent full-time position Must be available to work 32-40hrs/week. (Monday to Saturday schedule, 7:30am- 7:30pm)

Your tasks at a glance

• You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
• You present treatment options to prospective patients.
• You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.
• You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.

A clear view of your assets

• You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
• You have a broad background in customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
• You have experience as an account manager, or sales representative (an asset)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are flexible to work various schedules.
• You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable travelling to other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group) . (Required)
