Verify, review, and track all requested documents in mortgage management software

Use documentation to perform functions, such as calculating verified income or verifying assets, and update mortgage management software accordingly

Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge

Order all necessary documents to satisfy AUS findings, investor and agency requirements

Ensure KPI’s are met as set forth by the processing manager

Review and confirm program eligibility as submitted, assist lender with necessary updates or changes

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities

Establish strong working relations with internal stakeholders, including Regional Vice-Presidents, Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.

Deliver a positive client experience while seeking feedback to find opportunities to improve the overall client experience.

Min. 3-5 years of experience in retail lending

Project Management and forecasting experience

Perform day-to-day email/direct to customer campaign management including importing data and setting up, testing, and deploying campaigns

Manage and resolve any customer service inquires with regards to direct to customer campaigns and offers.

Develop targeted, personalized, and relevant customer communications along with offer strategies to deliver against customer retention objectives.

At least 3 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM

2-5 years marketing experience focusing on promotional planning, strategy, and execution

3+ years of experience in student advising/student centered role or a related career in post-secondary education.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft would be an asset

Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.

Uses authorized credit qualifications as needed to fulfill customer requests.

Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web based meetings, social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications )

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo is required. Experience with Peel Insights, Triple Whale, Yotpo (or a similar program) is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, comprehensible manner.

Experience with CPG beauty is a plus.

Drive the optimization and expansion of Loyalty, Referral, and Subscription programs through data-driven strategies and analysis.

Knowledge of any CRM (HubSpot)

Experience with email task software

Experience with live chats is an asset

Experience with written communication using diverse mediums
