Provider Engagement Lead Jobs

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking three (3) Provider Engagement Leads for a twelve (12) month engagement based in Surrey, British Columbia. This client is pleased to offer a remote work model for this role. Travel throughout Lower Mainland, BC may be required for this role.

Provider Engagement Lead Job Details

• Leads communications with providers and provider groups via various channels.
• Program evaluation strategy, plan and summary reports
• Directs and coordinates the completion of core deliverables to ensure they are of high quality.
• Acts as a change agent/escalation point for clinical issues and constraints relevant to providers, in the identification, development, planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical informatics strategies in support of quality patient care and professional practice.
• These deliverables include, but are not limited to:
• Supports translation of provider requirements into technical and workflow-based solutions.
• Leads and supports cross-functional teams and designated provider experience liaisons, sets priorities, assigns work and monitors to ensure teams meet deadlines and objectives.
• Physician engagement strategies including change management/adoption plan
• Facilitates solution finding to improve technical systems, work processes, and providers experience.
• Liaises with local physician champions and ACMIOs to identify clinical, operational, and financial requirements.
• Leads and supports the strategy and change management initiatives to support provider practice in the adoption of MEDITECH Expanse, in alignment with the strategic road map for Digital Health transformation.
• Outcomes and compliance (e.g., CPOE monitoring) reports
• Provides oversight and recommendations to provider change management efforts and guidance on engagement strategies.
• Focuses on quality of providers’ experiences; supports CMIO efforts in providers engagements around adoption of MEDITECH Expanse.

Provider Engagement Lead Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience with MEDITECH Expanse or equivalent healthcare information system.
• Resourceful; well organized; systematic analysis; strategic and critical thinking; attention to detail; leadership and management skills.
• Experience working with physicians and clinicians in relevant clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to use database, spreadsheet, and word processing software at an advanced level.
• Able to make decisions regarding a wide variety of complex business matters.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, good judgment and initiative; deal with frequent and random changes.

Provider Engagement Lead Nice-To-Have Skills

• Education or work background in Healthcare
• Prior work experience with PHSA

Provider Engagement Lead Assignment Length

Twelve (12) month contract with the potential for two (2) extensions of six (6) months each.

Office located in Surrey, British Columbia. While consultants may work remotely, they are to be available during PST working hours. There may be meetings and site visits that request an in-person presence throughout this contract.
