Pay Rate: $51.72/hour + 4% vacation pay
Locations: 100% Remote – Vancouver BC, V6B 1A6
Description:
Video Security & Access Control division is seeking a dynamic employee to lead our efforts to streamline and improve our Partner experience with our Digital Tools. This is a maternity leave cover position. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Experience, and work with a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Product Managers, Digital Experience leads, and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities include:
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to map the Product Lifecycle from inception to end of life.
• Define and drive delivery of the annual roadmap for Partner Portal
• Work collaboratively with the cross functional teams to create a unified Digital Experience
• Work closely with Support, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance to gather customer feedback and introduce product updates.
• Help build a culture within the company of being data-driven and user-focused
• Consensus builder able to facilitate discussions with customers and partners.
• Work closely with IT team to deliver cohesive and complementary online tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Problem Solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to multi-task and operate effectively within a fast-paced team environment, work independently and effectively manage personal targets.
• 5 years experience in Product Management or similar roles
• Experience with CRM or Salesforce and/or Tableau is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
