About This Team
Product Experience team is center of excellence providing global governance support and policy creation for end to end testing eco system while capitalizing on opportunities for improvement in effectiveness of our products & efficiency of our processes resulting in increased value for our guests and stakeholders. The role will report to Manager, Product Experience Strategy and Operations and will support work driven by Product Experience Team.
The key mandates of this role are to support ongoing execution and sustainment of testing ecosystem model, build out of future capacity modeling capabilities and support analytical / reporting needs for the function.
a Day In The Life

• Product Experience Testing Analyst collaborates with Product Experience Testing Coordinators and Specialists to capture and present product feedback that will help cross-functional partners make the best product possible.
• Product Experience Testing Analyst is required to deliver intentional information to cross-functional partners at key points in the development calendar and support product experience tests cross-functionally within Advance Materials, Raw Materials and Product Development
• Works closely with Manager, Product Experience Strategy and Operations on process governance.
• Support with product tester database and provide tester recruiting support to coordinators

Qualifications

• Monthly, quarterly planning horizons - Support in driving forecast and respect with different stakeholder groups accuracy improvements through reporting visibility and coordination
• Experience with SQL and database reporting
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint experience react to changes in demand or capacity
• Maintain event management process
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited enhancements guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets
• Undisputed integrity, personal, and business ethics; ability to build trust
• Well organized and structured, meeting all timelines as agreed.
• Bachelors degree + 1 yr or Associates degree + 2 yrs and a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in product testing, along with development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service or any combination including product testing. Strong analytic skills with ability to conduct complex network modeling (forecasting, events, etc.) and capacity inputs (labor forecasts, space and financial analysis
