About The Role

VNDLY is seeking a product manager to be responsible for evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of our products through the entire product life cycle. As the product manager, you will help VNDLY to benefit from more knowledge about its products and how we make, manage, and sell them. You will have the opportunity to work within a team environment to demonstrate full project life cycle plans for complex projects. We will also support you in continuing to develop industry knowledge through various opportunities.

This role will partner with our key customers, partners, and developers to define the product strategy, roadmap, and investment focus areas for our services.The selected candidate will collaborate with our Engineering teams to identify, specify, and prioritize features to implement and deliver on the roadmap and optimize business outcomes. Above all, you will serve as the voice of the customer for our products and voice of the product to our customers!

Responsibilities

About You

• Strategically drive towards a Minimum Viable Product in an effort to increase the speed with which value is delivered to customers and shareholders
• Create customer-first solutions to support corporate strategic direction
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements for development teams by leveraging tools such as user stories, user storyboards, and user workflows
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the VNDLY solution
• Find opportunities to build industry-leading capabilities by using customer feedback, team knowledge, and expertise
• Create and prioritize product roadmap for assigned product area to deliver value for the VNDLY business and its customers
• Work to define formal product documentation and user training
• Communicate at various levels of the organization ranging from guiding the development team to representing the Product roadmap in Client or Senior Leadership discussions

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer science, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, Enterprise SaaS preferably in Human Capital Management
• Experience with scrum and other agile development methods.

Other Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• The sort of personality who thrives in taking ownership and driving initiatives end-to-end in a high-stakes, constantly evolving atmosphere.
• Proven record running the entire product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.
• An inherently collaborative style that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to successfully implement a complex product roadmap, with execution often happening across teams.
• Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external customers and partners.
