Product Analyst, Motocommerce Platform

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Product Analyst that will be instrumental in the growth and success of our new MotoCommerce technology platform. The primary responsibilities of the product analyst are to;

• Be an expert on the product and provide support to other areas of the organization as needed
• Maintain the necessary system documentation
• Perform business acceptance testing on software changes for conformance to the requirements
• Additional responsibilities may be allocated to the Product Analyst on a day-to-day basis depending on the needs of the team – we’ll give you as much opportunity and responsibility as you can successfully manage. As a result, the successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business problems and objectives
• Formulate solutions and document the solution requirements (i.e. stories) for approval and submission to development

Your Skills & Experience

• Seeing the ‘big-picture’ is easy for you – you can look past the ‘how’ and understand the ‘why’ with ease
• Experience with tools such as JIRA would be an asset
• Minimum 1+ year experience working with web-based software product environment development in B2B or B2B2C environment preferred
• Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines
• Ability to work among changing priorities and timelines, you are not a 9-5er
• Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must
• Possess a “Do Whatever it Takes” attitude to get the job done
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• You have a business mind with a technology acumen – you can understand a business objective or problem, and create a valuable, flexible, and scalable technology solution (no coding required)
