Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as Power Platform Developer. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents, among others. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers has expertise and delivery depth across customer platforms, applied data & analytics, applications & cloud and business platforms solutions. Responsibilities

• Participate to SCRUM sessions and contribute to estimation of work
• Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
• Collaborate with clients and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis, define a solution to meet those needs and implement a working, timely solution
• Raise awareness of MNP at community events
• Analyzing, Design, Developing and Documenting Solutions using Power Platform and apply these tools to create solutions, including an in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints
• Take a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your ability through Microsoft Certifications and MNPU
• Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business and explain how MNP can help
• Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry

Skills And Experience

• Knowledge in development methodologies (Scrum) and Tools for development support (DevOps)
• Three (3) or more years of functional or technical experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Sound problem-solving skills
• Passion for the IT and Software world
• Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills and a taste for teamwork
• Effective Time Management and organization
• Completion of a College’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and/or a master’s degree, or equivalent
• Programming and Analytical Skills
• Solution building skills across the Power Platform stack of tools
• Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed and when possible
