More than three (3) years of relevant experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, REST, ReactJS, jQuery

Skills in Azure SQL, Azure App Service, Azure Logic Apps and Azure DevOps are added asset

Strong interest, or even better real experience in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Services) is a nice plus

Proven to be detail oriented and well organized with demonstrated logical and technical problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate exchanges with business stakeholders

Proven development experience within SharePoint and Power Platform

Strong experience with Power Platform development - Power Apps (Canvas/model driven), Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query

Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online (SPFx), SQL Server, C#, .NET, Web Services, Web Forms, JavaScript, Web API's

Extend integration and automation capabilities through development of PowerShell scripts

Effective Time Management and organization

Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements

Three (3) or more years of functional or technical experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Knowledge in development methodologies (Scrum) and Tools for development support (DevOps)

Solution building skills across the Power Platform stack of tools

Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills and a taste for teamwork

Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/ Flow and Power Apps) capabilities, governance models, security role management, and compliance.

Strong analytical skills; able to assess alternatives, risks and benefits; attention to detail

Strong problem solving and analytical skills and knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) preferred.

Enable business units at Sun Life by understanding their needs; identify and prioritize features and capabilities to be delivered

Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.

Over 5 years of experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Information Technology or any degree, or an equivalent year of experience in the field

Possesses a consulting profile, including excellent communication skills.

Automates business processes with PowerApps and Power Automate

Possesses a track record of engagements with organizations through the implementation of Power Platform and Microsoft Office 365 solutions.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform

• 1 to 3 years of experience with SharePoint

• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• SharePoint and MS Teams administration experience

Use your extensive product knowledge to define, develop and present effective D365 and Power Platform solutions

Implement Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization

Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledge

Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge

Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience

Ideally, experience with all Dynamics CRM versions D365

: Power Platform Developer with Azure Skills

· 3+ years of experience in developing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.

· Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

· Knowledge of data integration and migration concepts and techniques.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

· Develop Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other custom solutions using low-code and no-code approaches.

Deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions, manage environments, security, and version control.

Knowledge of data modeling and proficiency in working with the Common Data Service.

Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems and services using connectors, APIs, or custom code.

Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power Platform applications.

Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate, including workflows, approvals, and notifications.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status, risks, and issues.

Understanding of project management tools and software, such as JIRA to log and update the project progress.

Utilize problem-solving skills to understand stakeholder pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.

Keep up to date with new Power Platform features and capabilities and recommend solutions accordingly.

1 year of experience in Power Platform/PowerApps Development role.

Previous experience in manufacturing industry is an asset.
