Post graduate degree (Ex. Masters) or equivalent in Education, Psychology, Sociology with an emphasis on technology enabled learning.

Prepare and submit Research Ethics Board applications when applicable.

Experienced in teaching gifted children

Prepared to individualize and modify instruction as necessary and relate to the unique education needs of advanced students

Experienced implementing rigorous curriculum to differentiate instruction and implement various instructional practices that are developmentally, academically and intellectually appropriate

Experienced integrating instructional technology as developmentally appropriate

Works closely with Manager, Product Experience Strategy and Operations on process governance.

Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint experience react to changes in demand or capacity

Experience with SQL and database reporting

3+ years of product management experience

Knowledge and passion for education, online experiences, and brand growth

Shape product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise learner experience in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Content and Product teams.

Prioritize, define and spec requirements for new feature development.

Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (business, sales, eng, ux, marketing, data).

Strong product sense, analytical ability and clear communication skills.

Exhibits critical thinking skills, organizational skills, time management and ability to problem solve and make decisions that positively impact patient care

Must receive a letter of direction from CNO stating eligibility for Supervised Practice Experience Partnership

Understands their role and scope, will seek assistance and support if requiring assistance to complete duties

As an active member of the inter-professional team, demonstrates safe patient care while maintaining the CNO practice standards and guidelines

Performs all procedures implementing infection control policies and the proper use of PPE as needed

Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.

Document reporting requirements and process and validate data components as required.

6+ years of experience in a similar role.

2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.

Experience in handling HR data or other sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience with large data sets and capable of managing, processing, and analyzing them efficiently.
