What You Will Do

• Collaborate with UXR, design, data and eng to research, design, implement and launch new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute on new initiatives that accelerate the growth of our Enterprise business.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise learner experience in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Content and Product teams.
• Prioritize, define and spec requirements for new feature development.
• Sprint planning, quarterly planning and annual planning. Present to leadership and to our customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong product sense, analytical ability and clear communication skills.
• Track record of consistently shipping impactful product features balancing speed and a high degree of quality.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (business, sales, eng, ux, marketing, data).
• Ability to leverage market research, customer feedback, analytics and a 10x ambition to grow the business.

About You

• Knowledge and passion for education, online experiences, and brand growth
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working on an end-user facing B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Eligible to work in Canada legally
• Ideally have early or 0 to 1 product experience
• Love creating delightful user experiences
