We are one of the FASTEST growing GPS Tracking companies with a Global Footprint. We are currently hiring an experienced Account Executive responsible for hunting for new opportunities and winning new customers in Canada and the USA.
It's important to notice that there are expectations around meeting prospecting/appointment-set metrics. This position entails a lot of outbound calling.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys the challenge of hunting and nurturing B2B businesses on a daily basis
- A proven sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Is an effective, metric-driven salesperson with the confidence and communication skills to lead conversations with C Suite executives.
- Confident with strong business acumen and exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Coachable! Ability to take and integrate feedback
You will be responsible for:
- Demonstrate our GPS solution features online, focusing on the prospects’ challenges and pain points
- Utilize, leverage and update internal technology to register and manage prospects and marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner
- Participate in regular sales meetings
- Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with new prospects
- Converting high-quality 'preferred' customers to support growth and meet sales targets
- Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics
- Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales objectives
- Identifying new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Gather, record and update customer information in the client database
- Maintain and follow-up system of contact for business prospects with CRM database
- Timely answer and manage assigned Qualified Leads Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company's CRM.
Skills
- Ability to analyze complex documents and situations.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- +3 years of Sales Experience in a full sales cycle
- Experience in sales or in a technical occupation related with GPS tracking software is an asset
