Job Description
Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager/Director to join a fast-growing transportation company in the North-West of Winnipeg
Are you currently actively or passively looking for a new opportunity? Do you have previous HR Management experience and are looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities
  • Other duties as required

  • Full-cycle recruitment functions with talent management
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department
  • Support with training and development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Previous HR Management/Director experience required
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with incredible leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong understanding of MS Office and HRIS software
  • Drivers license and a vehicle is required
  • Ability to problem-solve and work well independently
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to keep confidential information confidential
