Role: HR Assistant

Location: Bolton

Salary: £25-26k

Our client is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team at a fantastic reputable law firm, based in the centre of Bolton. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with an established, forward thinking law firm.

• Monitoring sickness and holidays and reporting to the Senior Management team
• Updating the employee handbook and keep abreast of employment law, policies and procedures
• Administering Payroll information, Pensions, Insurances, Company expenses and company benefits
• Managing all aspects of recruitment, supporting the department heads with adverts and selection
• Responsible for maintaining all Personnel files including starters and leavers
• Working on ad-hoc HR Projects
• Reviewing existing HR policies and creating new policies whilst considering implementing further company benefits if deemed appropriate

• An interest to pursue a career within HR
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Worked within a professional services setting
• Approachable with excellent organisational and communication skills
