- Salary: $19 per hour

- Duration: 4 months (extension possible)
- Job type: Internship, full time (35h per week)
- Start date: ASAP
You will be part of a great dynamic team, and you will report to the RH Manager. This versatile role will lead you to work very closely with the HR team members to support the day-to-day administrative tasks. For this hybrid position, you couldwork from home or at our office located in Montreal (Square Victoria). Those will be your main tasks:
- Support the welcoming process of new employees to facilitate their integration into the organization (coordinate meetings with the people involved, registrations for trainings or various insurance programs, etc.),
- Support the Human Resourcesteam in various HR tasks and projects,
- Ensure administrative updates on employees files and SAP system (SuccessFactors) to maintain compliance,
- Update forms, processes, programs or policies,
- Perform administrative and other related tasksto support the human resources duties and the organization needs.
You are:
- Considering that confidentiality and customer service are paramount,
- Curious: always willing on learning more,
- Resourceful and with a sense of initiative is even better.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented: you care about doing excellent work, while being flexible and agile,
- Able to manage several files at once while keeping priorities in mind,
- Knowing how to stand out as an autonomous and proactive person,
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills,
Your experience and skills:
- Training in administration (or human resources, an asset), your expertise will be invaluable to us,
- Ability to work in French and English (oral and written),
- High school degree, DVS or ACS, DCS relevant to the position,
- Master of the Office suite,
- Ease with computers to quickly get to grips with our tools (DocuSign, SuccessFactors, Office 365...).
