Job Description

Our client in the Freight Forwarding sector is actively looking for a Help Desk Specialist - Level 1 and Level 2, to join their team on a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, and you will be required to go on-site 3 days per week to their Mississauga location.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years previous Level 1 or Level 2 Help Desk experience
  • Excellent solution finding and analytical abilities
  • Ingrained customer service orientation to do what is right
  • Detail oriented
  • University or College Degree in IT
  • Previous experience creating detailed and easy to follow technical documentation
  • Strong Interpersonal, stress management and communication skills
  • Passionate about technology and has a thirst for new knowledge in the field
  • Experienced business acumen
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strong team player
  • Ariba experience is strongly preferred
