Job Description

4 week contract

Hybrid in Ottawa

Start immediately


Details:

  • Install software updates.
  • Windows environment. Types of software includes: Office 365, Adobe suite, accounting software and internal CRM tool (built in house).
  • Plan is to do a full software update for all 100 employees during the month of September. You will be logging into laptops and updating in a software to ensure everything is integrated.
  • You will be also working as a part of the service desk team (L1) to handle additional tickets that may arise due to the upgrade
