Responsibilities for this position :

• Perform data backup and restore;
• Participate in various projects; Perform interventions on customer sites from time to time;
• Participate in various projects;
• Document interventions and update information in our systems.
• Provide software and hardware support to users;
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level;

Disired Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Office 365 environments;
• Concern for the quality of customer service;
• AEC or DEC in computer science and 5 years of relevant experience;
• Strong ability to adapt and learn;
• French is an asset for this position
• Sense of organization and priorities.

Responsabilités du poste :

• Faire le suivi de lavancement des requêtes auprès des clients;
• Procéder à la sauvegarde et à la restauration de données;
• Documenter les interventions et mettre à jour linformation dans nos systèmes;
• Effectuer des interventions sur le site des clients ;
• Résoudre des problèmes de niveaux supérieurs selon les procédures internes;
• Prise en charge des billets escaladés et des billets provenant des clients attitrés;
• Assurer le support logiciel et matériel auprès des utilisateurs;
• Effectuer l’escalade des incidents non-résolus au niveau supérieur;
• Installer, configurer et administrer des applications;

Profil Recherché :

• Sens de lorganisation et des priorités.
• Souci de la qualité du service à la clientèle;
• Connaissance avancée des environnements Windows et d’Active directory et Office 365;
• AEC ou DEC en informatique et 5 ans dexpérience pertinente;
• Possédé un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide
• Forte capacité dadaptation et d’apprentissage;
