Job Description
Our client located in Mississauga is looking to hire a detailed-orientated, keen learner as a Level 2 IT Technician. If you are someone proficient in Connect wise, technically sound, and always looking to solve a problem, this is the environment for you.

Responsibilities
In charge of installing, configuring, administering and troubleshooting hardware and software
Accountable for any networking issues ( WAN and LAN, FortiGate firewalls)
Conduct any remote access solution implementation and support through VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix
Working closely with operating systems such as Windows, OSX, Linux
Support services for Microsoft related technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
Responsible to administer Office 365: User administration, identity, access 365 license administration Office 365 policy compliance, configuration and PowerShell scripting for Office 365 and Active Directory
Qualifications
  • Must be available on weekdays/weekends for on-call
  • Great communication and dialogue with the team and clients
  • Experience with networking (WAN and LAN, FortiGate firewalls, VPN, Citrix )
  • Eagerness to learn, problem-solve and able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Need to have experience, hands-on with Connectwise, SQL, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Must have G license and own vehicle
  • Working knowledge on configuration and PowerShell scripting for Office 365 and AD
