The Company

Our client in North York is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join its team for a contract role. If you are looking for a new challenge and are not afraid to jump in and get the work done then this is the job for you!

The Job!

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will provide high quality service to all employees, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the office. Your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Other related tasks, as required
  • Monitoring and ordering stock of supplies in the lunchroom and coffee stations and preparing coffee
  • Assisting with customer inquiries or requests
  • Completing various office requests and assisting with moves
  • Updating manager of significant issues regarding operations, complaints, or deficiencies in supplies
  • Ensuring all equipment is in working order and that common spaces are clean
  • Booking, preparing, and resetting meeting rooms for customers in a timely and efficient manner


What you bring to the job

You are someone with a can-do attitude and work well with others. In addition to this, you come with:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Great interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using various software programs (Microsoft 365, Lotus Notes, Meeting Room Reservation Systems, PO Order Number Generators)
