Your Role And Responsibilities

• Advises clients on IT strategies and designs and enables them to take advantage of technologies and methodologies which support of their business and IT objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure
• 5+ years experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Digital Workplace technologies at an IT professional services firm or similar background in an IT role in a large enterprise
• Self-driven, detail-orientated
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
• Experienced level skills with Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps methods
• 8+ years experience delivering consulting engagements around Contact Center and Customer Experience: Experience with Contact Center Solutions (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, Avaya etc..) – advise, design, implement and migrate Experience with both On-Prem and Cloud-based implementation of one or more major vendor offerings around CX Expertise in Network designs as it related to contact center solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Experienced skill level with contemporary engagement methods such as whiteboard, workshops, hands-on demo's, prototyping and Proof of Concepts
