1-2 years of experience with Finance and/or Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics internships

Manage end-to-end projects with input from key stakeholders, including clinical research coordinators, doctors, and Vial internal members

Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus

Lead key strategic and operational tasks for Vial including core clinical ops, M&A, and investor relations

Contribute as a thought partner helping set firm direction, brainstorming and collecting thoughts across the org

Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions

Coding experience in data processing, aggregation and database management is an asset.

Supporting the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Group Canada’s Retailer sales receivables

Tracking of BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generation of management reports

Well-developed oral and written communications skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Gathering qualitative and quantitative data from external managers, custodians and other data providers;

Draft investment manager performance commentary;

Prepare presentations on investment topics (e.g. investment manager selection, investment manager structure)

Conduct searches for investment managers or CAP providers

Support experienced analysts and consultants in all aspects of work servicing clients and prospects

Experienced skill level with contemporary engagement methods such as whiteboard, workshops, hands-on demo's, prototyping and Proof of Concepts.

Experienced level skills with Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps methods.
