The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities :

This role is for you if you are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience – making modern hybrid work life easier, simpler, more unified, and more secure. Are you passionate about Consulting to support clients in creating an exceptional employee experience through strategy development and implementation? Are you able to stitch a solution assessing the client current state and leverage technology investments they have already made and extract more value for them and drive adoption? Are you good at Journey Mapping and able to address the varied generational needs of employees in an enterprise with the right tool stack and drive adoption leveraging organization change management gamification? Do you enjoy consulting and applying your skills in how to Modernize Workplaces and enable New Ways of Working for Enterprises?

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Deeply understand technologies and solutions from Microsoft and relevant partners that can be used to deliver client solutions (for example Extended Reality such as AR and VR, Collaboration Hubs, Teams, Telephony, Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, and Viva workplace analytics).
• You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, exceptional delivery team focusing on modernizing the workplace experience. You will work closely with account teams, client teams, and specialist sellers, as well as with strategic partners like Amazon Connect, Microsoft, Service Now, and Nexthink to name a few.
• You will deliver consulting engagements to modernize collaboration, doing deep dives for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies and platforms across Collaboration and Messaging Services and Active Directory and creating roadmaps and implementing solutions.
• You will lead client meetings and pitches, create win themes and work with Solution Architects to help shape solutions and proposals to drive the Modernization of Collaboration and messaging services.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio: Office 365, Teams, Intune, Power Platform, Viva, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure
• Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
• Experienced skill level with contemporary engagement methods such as whiteboard, workshops, hands-on demo's, prototyping and Proof of Concepts.
• 5+ years’ experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Digital Workplace technologies at an IT professional services firm or similar background in an IT role in a large enterprise
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Experience with both On-Prem and Cloud-based implementation of one or more major vendor offerings around Voice and Unified Communications Expertise in Network designs as it related to global Unified Communications Solutions.
• Self-driven, detail-orientated
• 8+ years’ experience delivering consulting engagements for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies with deep expertise implementing and designing M365 solutions: Experience with Microsoft Teams inclusive of Enterprise Voice – advise, design, implement and migrate
• Experienced level skills with Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps methods.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Understand how collaboration and unified communications fits into overall employee and customer experience.
• Contact Center Solutions - CCaaS Microsoft Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktops Azure Active Directory
