We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Architecture - Technology Consulting. This role requires a strong background in business analysis, digital marketing, and client-facing consulting, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.


As a Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency by developing and supporting the execution of digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for the health sciences industry. Your digital marketing expertise and deep understanding of the health sciences sector will enable us to leverage technology and data effectively to enhance our client's marketing efforts, engage various target audiences, and drive business results.


Responsibilities:


  • Become an insider and trusted advisor to our clients
  • Understand the technology blueprint and data architecture to translate requirements into scope
  • Identify target audience segments, define key messaging, recommend appropriate digital marketing channels and tacticsUnderstanding the technology and data needs to move from the requirement to scope
  • Lead and manage a team of direct BA and BSA reports focusing on business (system) analysis in the digital marketing domain
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Interface with clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance their digital marketing initiatives
  • Lead the requirements identification of digital marketing objectives and translated them into customer journeys and use cases aligned with industry regulations and standards
  • Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to measure journeys' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and optimize marketing strategies
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make data-informed decisions and continually refine digital marketing tactics
  • Be a catalyst for creating repeatable frameworks and standards to improve the technology consulting practice
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members. Provide mentorship and career development support for direct reports and overall team members
  • Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure 100% scope delivery and client satisfaction
  • Utilize data and market insights to inform marketing strategies, digital journeys and decision-making
  • Work alongside Technology Delivery to drive the implementation and integration of these marketing technologies to enhance clients' digital journeys, campaign execution, data analysis, and customer experience
  • For the assigned portfolio of projects, ensure Klick’s best practices for scope management are followed (reviews, approvals, UAT, change management, risk management, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Platforms, Technology delivery and Digital Transformation, to evaluate marketing technologies that can optimize a client's digital marketing efforts
  • Business (System) Analysis and Data Management: Conduct thorough workshops and business (system) analysis to understand, guide and document business and data requirements for various marketing and digital strategies
  • Management and Delivery Excellence: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with at least six years of experience in a leadership role, effectively managing and mentoring a team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Klick Health Crafts to identify business needs, gather requirements, and develop new digital experiences and solutions
  • Marketing Technology: Possess a great understanding of marketing technology blueprints and data needs to translate a client's requirements to the scope
  • Be part of the Klick team leadership, managing the implementation of digital journeys aligned with the goals and objectives of our health sciences clients
  • Responsible for team financial KPIs as defined by the executive leadership team


Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of the health sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or related fields Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Strong presentation skills to convey complex concepts and strategies clearly and compellingly
  • Previous client management experience and the ability to effectively engage with external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Familiarity with business process modelling and enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, preferably in the (healthcare/life science or pharma domain)
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a minimum of six years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team
  • Excellent understanding of business strategy and the ability to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools. A proven track record in marketing automation platforms is highly desired
  • Designed and support the delivery of at least three end-to-end digital journeys/programsExpertise in analytics, with the ability to derive insights from data and leverage them to drive marketing strategies
