As a Co-Founder and Director of Technology at AuMBER, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our products. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform. Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of AuMBER products, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define the product roadmap, technical strategy, and long-term vision for AuMBER.

- Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of mobile testing.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.

- Design and implement front-end templates, leveraging your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

- Oversee the development of native Android and iOS applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.

- Utilize your strong knowledge of PHP to develop and maintain server-side components and APIs that power the AuMBER platform.

- Demonstrate OS-level knowledge to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility across various devices and operating systems.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues that may impact product development and delivery.

- Actively contribute to the culture and growth of the company, participating in strategic decision-making and representing the technical perspective.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a technology leader, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong background in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Proficiency in mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms.

- Extensive knowledge of PHP for server-side development and API design.

- Solid understanding of operating systems and device-level intricacies.

- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services is highly desirable.
