Job Description
Role impact:
Accountable for the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice, proactively and holistically guiding the organization through transformation and optimization initiatives enabled by technology and data, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation. Oversees the EA program to develop, maintain and govern enterprise architecture across the organization, ensuring that strategic decisions are cognizant of process, technology, and people implications. Focuses on understanding on applying existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize Business and Operating Models.
What you will deliver:
  • Supports translation of business strategies into implementable business Roadmaps
  • Enables enterprise-level decision-making based on assessing and detailing the implications of strategic decisions as they relate to the complexity of the architecture estate
  • Drives alignment between D&T Technology Strategy and systems and processes
  • Articulates the Enterprise Architecture, demonstrating how it enables organizational Strategy
  • Harmonizes input across business, technology, and solution architectures to provide a holistic view of change
  • Oversees the development of CF’s reference architecture, roadmaps, standardized methodologies for business, applications, and infrastructure processes and procedures
  • Defines the Enterprise Architecture implementation Plan, defining links to Business Strategy and requirements
  • Supports development of Enterprise Architecture policies and procedures that enable Governance
  • Identifies opportunities to leverage market trends to successfully enhance the quality of CF’s enterprise architecture

  • Critically evaluates information from a number of sources, reconciling conflicts, abstracting low-level information to a more general understanding, and tailoring communications based on audience-specific needs
What you need to succeed:
  • Ability to assimilate information from a number of sources and drive clarity as required
  • Nice to have – TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification
  • Experience in Real Estate technology preferable
  • Familiarity with modelling approaches, repositories, and industry-standard frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the enterprise architecture vision
  • Exposure to diverse architecture landscapes
  • Minimum ten years work experience with a four-year college/university degree, or 12 years relevant work experience
