12 - 15 years of experience as a Enterprise Technical or Solutions architect or similar role.

A person with experience with presenting complex technical topics to executive leadership.

Experience in Engineering/Financial industry, managing cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.

Oversees the execution of high impact, enterprise wide, strategic programs or initiatives through leadership of the Project Management Office.

Expertise in budget planning, financial management and technology risk

Ability to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and information management across the Technology organization.

+12 years in IT and business/industry, with a minimum of five to seven years of leadership responsibilities.

Preference for experience and/or exposure in Enterprise Architecture planning.

Technology solutions within insurance, banking, asset management.

Defining a comprehensive Digital Platform strategy and roadmap, with a focus on secure digital experience platform technologies and global architectural alignment.

Identifying and leveraging common patterns across regions to promote consistent adoption of secure digital experience platform technologies, standards, and best practices.

Championing knowledge sharing on technical and architectural solutions globally, building a culture of consistency and collaboration.

Specialized Architecture Road mapping skills, frameworks, patterns, and models.

Security, risk, and control frameworks/standards such as NIST, Center for Internet Security Critical Security Controls, and ITIL.

Knowledge of Programming languages such as: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript

Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and Databases (Relational and NoSQL)

Effective oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and familiarity with other applications in the MS Office suite

Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies e.g. AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Familiarity with APIs, Microservices Architecture and Stream Processing platform (e.g. Kafka)

Knowledge of industry tools and organizations supporting Enterprise Architecture

10 years experience with architecture design and deployment, solutions design, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations

Proven ability to drive change and influence senior level management and key stakeholders.

Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities.

Works with business leaders to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology tradeoffs influence strategy.

Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills

10+ years of experience as an architectural designer, lifestyle experience is preferred

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design

Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes

Strong knowledge of the design process

Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas
