Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and recommend possible ERP system solutions to support the various business divisions across the organization
• Manage the IT Team in their day to day operational functions and all of their responsibilities including server, desktop, and communications infrastructure
• Plan, develop and lead technology improvements, efficiencies, and ensure proper implementation and training of IT initiatives.
• Assist in mentoring and coaching; develop professional milestones for all IT Team. Review and guide their performance
• Create and Own the IT operating budget to maintain within approved limit and provide ongoing updates.
• Manage strategic IT projects and initiatives from end-to-end, brainstorming innovative ways to leverage technology in order to meet (internal and external) all Team Member’s needs.
• Create, develop, and own the IT infrastructure and technology roadmaps for the organization ensuring alignment with Senior Leadership's strategic objectives.
• Responsible for mitigation/minimization of risk around security, data and information, legal and financial compliance and business interruption.
• Lead and guide IT team to success though professional mentoring and coaching
• Supports all departments in planning, documenting, and implementing security or disaster recovery actions
• Maintain, create, and negotiate lasting relationships with IT vendors to ensure technology and system programs are meeting the organization’s needs and aligns with long-term goals

Qualifications

• Driven by optimizing technologies and personnel to leverage core business strengths while retaining a bottom-line focus
• 8-12 years of managing large-scale, IT projects from end-to-end, and keeping projects within budget.
• Software Requirements: VMWare/Vshpere, Microsoft Office Suite: 2013, 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft remote desktop, Linux web server, as well as hardware troubleshooting, WIFI technologies, Teams and Zoom technology
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• 8-12 years hands on field experience supporting a variety of networks/products/solutions/software with multi-location support.
• Outstanding communication abilities with end user in mind
• Hardware experience: with HP server chassis, SAN/NAS architecture technologies (EMC preferred), personal computing hardware including laptop/desktop/monitors, printer/scanner technologies including all makes and models, Cisco networking, Sonic wall networking, HP managed switches, Ubiquiti Android hardware technology, VOIP phone technology troubleshooting various types of cell phone technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related degree is required.
• Internetworking skills: ability to troubleshoot various internet connections (DSL/Cable/Fiber), troubleshooting from the PC to the Router following the path of flow for network hardware such as NIC’s, cables, switches and routers.
• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems required.
