Director Of Tech Innovation And Management

Agilus is recruiting for aDirector of Tech Innovation and Managementin theOut of Home industry.

The Director is responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing all digital products across various markets and venues in Canada. This includes tasks such as quoting, pricing negotiation, execution, shipment, delivery, installation, and maintenance of both new and existing digital products. The role encompasses hardware and software management for screens and tabletops, including replacement of WeAds. The director is expected to stay updated on new technologies and innovations in the digital industry.

A typical day:

• New hardware and software research, pricing, development, procurement, and execution
• CMS – Custom software research, development, bidding, execution and CRM – Odoo and future custom CRM research and management
• Manage hardware (routers – microhard and digital management); programming with SIM cards, management in field
• Oversee and install new upgrades for hardware and software to propel the company forward and troubleshoot problems and increase overall efficiency for staff across Canada
• Oversight, management, and execution of all digital products in all markets/venues across Canada
• Quoting, pricing negotiation, execution, shipment, delivery, install, and maintenance of all new and existing digital products
• Expertise with OOH digital screens – mechanical, functional, software, repairs, installation
• Hardware/software – screens, Hardware/software – tabletops (replacing WeAds)

Successful candidates will have:

• 3-5 years in operations, company with digital products
• Detail oriented and look for innovative ways to make improvements
• Must have a strong stable of available specialists to call on for electrical, installation, maintenance, repairs across Canada
• Have experience with network of installers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
