Risk And Quality Manager

A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. Our Operations team helps internal leaders validate and improve the reliability and effectiveness of business operations. You’ll help the team with issues related to business continuity, environmental risk, crisis management, process systems and risks associated with operations, health and safety and technology.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a R&Q Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Our work is done in compliance with PwC’s Global Network Quality Management System and Risk Processes Standard (“QMSRP”), which has been established to enable our practitioners to meet applicable professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identification, set-up, interviewing and reporting for In Flight Engagement Risk Reviews
• Engage with the business through various structured processes, Engagement Quality Reviews, In-flight Reviews, and informal processes such as risk consultation discussions on new and ongoing engagements.
• Providing support on Risk & Quality training for new Consulting staff and Partners
• Working on Risk and Quality projects and other process improvement priorities as identified within the Consulting Risk & Quality group

• Hands on experience in a project delivery role
• The drive and interest to meet the growing demands of the Consulting Risk and Quality practice including an interest in process improvement
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, and an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• Hands-on Consulting Risk and Quality experience to support the Consulting side of our business
• Proven leader with extensive abilities to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, leverage diverse views, and help develop and grow team members
• Keen interest in the services that PwC provides within our Consulting practice
• Strong project management skills; exposure or hands on experience in Agile or Iterative methods
• The ability to interact well with people and to work in a collaborative environment
• The ability to adapt to a fast paced environment which may require flexible and/or overtime working hours
