Director, Product Management and Strategy COE Head

What is the opportunity?

You will develop and mature Advice Centre (AC) technology and digital product strategy for transformational enterprise assets, including Asynchronous Messaging, Virtual Assistants/Bots, CCaaS, Intradiem, Advisor Desktop Apps, etc. based on industry insights, emerging trends, data and insights. This is a critical role in aligning and connecting the team’s deliverables to the enterprise strategy of becoming a digitally enabled relationship bank of the future in partnership with leaders across the enterprise. You will identify opportunities to deliver client and business value through digital innovation and establish consistencies in product management practices across financial management, business insights, vendor management and more.

What will you do?

• Unlock the potential of your people by living the leadership model, and enabling growth and development opportunities for direct reports
• Lead or participate in the development of related business cases and partner with various business and technology teams to implement opportunities and realize business benefits
• Understand customer and advisor touchpoints, business levers and KPIs across the product shelf and CB Ops, to deliver strategies delivering cost to serve and/or revenue benefits
• Standardize key product management financial practices and lead in product insights and analytics to identify strategic opportunity where AC product enhancements can contribute meaningful value
• Responsible for AC Product and Transformation end-to-end product strategy, and partnering with groups across the AC and product leads to identify and define connection points
• Standardize key vendor management practices for vendor contracts, SLA tracking, TPR management, etc. and lead strategy and product insights dialogues at senior leadership levels across CB Ops and beyond
• Maintain a competitive advantage through researching business and technology trends across industries, and communicating competitive benchmarking and industry insights to various audiences and leadership
• Act as ‘AC Product and Transformation Representative’ for key partnerships and dialogue across CBOps, Technology and BU teams, developing a cross functional product strategy operating model

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• 2+ years’ experience in financial innovation technology or strategy
• Experience in Enterprise and/or Technical Innovation Strategy

Nice-to-have

• Experience in Digital, Technology and/or product management
• Experience in Technology consulting
• Experience with contact centre technology
• MBA
