What You Will Do

• Responsible for the ownership and development of product scorecards, ensuring that key Profit and Loss targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive strategic initiatives to nurture and grow the product portfolio, including supporting Sales in earning new revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development leads on all programs and answer all questions relating to the current products on market.
• Define the vision, product roadmap, and strategy for Enbridge Sustain’s product lines throughout the product life cycle.
• You will own competitive intelligence for Sustain, pulling in insights from your own team as well as from the front line and others.
• This role will have a team of product management professionals reporting into them, and you will be responsible for coaching and career development.
• In conjunction with Product Development, define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Is the custodian for the Enbridge Sustain P&L.
• Leverage real world data for new products as well as enhancing existing products.
• Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders.
• Will own pricing for all Enbridge Sustain products and will drive a real discipline around pricing within Enbridge Sustain.
• Actively work with vendors that help deliver on our product roadmap.

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field – Bonus points if you’ve got an MBA or similar graduate training.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• You have experience building something from the ground up and may have even worked for a startup or startup-like environment before!
• A senior leader with 10+ years of experience in product management.
• You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and have experience presenting right and relevant information to different audiences as appropriate. You will present to numerous audiences, including internal and client senior executive management and functional business partners.
• You possess natural curiosity and a love of learning.
• You are adept at knowing how to navigate and positively influence an organization cross functionally and you have a demonstrated ability to balance long-term product strategy with near term imperatives.
• Experience working with Agile is a plus.
• You look at everything through the eyes of your customer.
• You are a passionate about developing a product strategy for Ontario that moves the dial on sustainable energy.
• You have extensive experience managing product profit and loss strategies and roadmaps.
