Now, we're searching for a dedicated, innovative Head of Account Management to join us. This is a unique opportunity to not only be part of a vibrant startup but also contribute to building the future of marketing.
About the Role
The Head of Account Management will play a critical role in our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue generation through existing users on the platform.
You will work closely with both the product and supply teams to build and scope products and features that scale demand. A significant part of your role will involve working with customers and larger accounts to improve engagement and revenue generation.
You will also manage and build the account management team, ensuring a harmonious collaboration between our demand and supply functions.
Hybrid In-Office / Remote
This is a hybrid in-office / remote role, and the selected candidate will be expected to work from the SearchEye office a minimum of 3 days / week.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and influence strategic decision-making.
- Engage with customers and larger accounts to improve engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and build the Account Management team, developing strategies to drive customer success and business growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Supply to ensure efficient and seamless interplay between demand and supply functions so that inventory is not a bottleneck to revenue growth.
- Work closely with the product team to build and scope products and features that can help scale demand.
- Have a systems first approach to driving revenue growth via activation, retention, and referrals
- Ability to balance systems-wide improvements with growing key accounts and prioritizing whichever action will have the highest revenue impact
- Drive revenue generation through users on the platform.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Work with the product, and account management teams to drive revenue growth through the activation, retention, and re-engagement of existing users.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and customer engagement in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics, preferably with experience in tech startups.
- A true desire to be part of something bigger, and in a role where you'll do some of the most impactful, interesting and memorable work in your life.
- Proven track record of growing revenue from an existing user base (or clients/customers) by making systematic improvements to activation, engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in demand generation, marketing or a similar role.
