• Define the strategic direction of the consulting team.
• Perform quality control on client presentations and personally participate in certain presentations.
• Thrive on the challenge of building something impactful and implementing innovative management methods.
• Serve as primary partner to client.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Strategic Planning Director to define the client’s strategic and creative visions.
• Work in a matrix structure, in close collaboration with the client.
• Maintain relationships of trust with various stakeholders.
• Supervise the work of the consulting team.
• Identify issues and solutions in complete ecosystems (360° holistic vision).
• Remain at the forefront of market realities and trends, and share relevant information with the team.
• Plan advertising activities and projects for client brands, brief teams on requirements, and supervise their progress.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills coupled with a proven talent in big-brand architecture
• Agency experience (a significant asset)**
• Strong writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
• Experience in telecommunications an asset
• Excellent French and English language skills, verbal and written
• Substantial experience managing a major account and national brand
• Team player with strong strategic thinking skills
• Eight years of experience in a similar role
