8-10 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as Finance Functional Consultant

At least Two implementation experience of finance & its related modules in D365 and higher version

Very good proficiency in Incident Management

Provide ERP support in complex requirements or challenges requiring a deep expertise

Partners with the Finance Functional Lead for assistance in prioritization and communication

Excellent proficiency in D365 & higher version with Academic qualification in Commerce stream

ITIL Processes: Configuration, Application, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management

Maps organizational business requirements to application settings and configuration

Facilitating workshops and gathering requirements for M365 technical solutions

Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance Configurations, eDiscovery, Retention/Disposition, Sensitivity Labels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English to ensure communication with our internal and external stakeholders

Experience with Microsoft Viva a plus.

Experience with Power Platform a plus.

Research and assessment of the impact of new tools, techniques for the management of Communication and Collaboration infrastructure delivery

Key contributor and subject matter expert on Unified Communication infrastructure management

Lead proof-of-concepts to demonstrate new Enterprise Communication and Collaboration offerings.

Continuous self-improvement by proactively expanding knowledge of industry trends, vendor roadmaps and applying that knowledge

Implementation of M365, Cloud-based voice and supporting technologies

Designing applicable training and support for administrators and/or advanced technical documentation for support purposes

Serve as an advisor in the assessment, planning and implementation of new features and capabilities.

Minimum of 5 years experience in identifying security issues, risks, compliance, development of remediation plans, including development of risk mitigation plans

Desirable certifications include recognized security and cloud-specific certifications, e.g., CCSP, SSCP, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, ISP

Experience EDR, XDR, with 5+ years enterprise experience

Experience with Azure Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel

Knowledge of security standards and regulations (NIST CSF, ISO 27K, CIS, CCM, SOC2)

The candidate should have a professional designation such as a Lawyer or CFA and have relevant experience in the securities industry

Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

Assist clients with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and procedures

Assist clients with development of AML programs, including policies and procedures, risk assessments, and training

Monitor updates to AML/TF legislation and implement changes

Five or more years of experience in IT Problem Management.

Maturity level and skill/judgment to be able to influence management and operational teams throughout the organization.

Good communication (verbal and written) skills, including a strong appreciation of relationship management; sound problem-solving, analytical, research, and quantitative skills..

People management and leadership skills.

MBA with specialization in Risk Management desired

Implement a structured approach to capturing compliance requirements and translating them into IT requirements.

Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)

Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify areas of potential compliance risk.

Analyze compliance solution options and recommend the preferred option.

Maintains excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills.

Participate in business development initiatives and assist with pre-sales activities for the Information Management & Compliance practice.

Ability to manage projects independently.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Completion of an undergrad degree in Computer Science, a recognized equivalent, or relevant experience.

Strong Microsoft Compliance implementation experience, especially Information Protection.
