Who we are: Simple Cures is an integrative medicine clinic that has been established for over 12 years. We are a team of cooperative practitioners from various healthcare backgrounds aimed to provide the most client-focused care in the industry. We are looking to expand our clinic and are looking for skilled individuals to join our team.
Current positions available:
· One Clinic Operations Coordinator (with Reception experience)
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Scheduling, booking, optimizing, and answering patient inquiries via phone/emails
· Inventory and Clinic Management
· Recordkeeping, managing emails, and bookkeeping
· Handling all communication between practitioners, management, marketing team, and contractors
· Performing basic routine disinfection and upkeep of the clinic
· Promoting services and products offered by the clinic
Skills Requirements:
· Excellent Organization and Multitasking – Able to manage multiple calendars and receive phone calls in a medium/high volume environment
· Exceptional communicator – Client education is an integral part of our clinic, the coordinator must be able to communicate the types of treatments we offer and be attentive to the patient’s needs
· Reliable and accountable – We trust our practitioners to adhere to the standards listed above
· Team-worker – Able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners
· Coachable – Able and open to learning from other practitioners. Able to take constructive guidance from clinic management
· Caring and Friendly – Our clinic highly values the practitioner/patient relationship, we expect our coordinator to embody the same values and develop a good long-term relationship with our clients
Qualifications:
· 2+ Years of experience(In operations/reception)
· Must be able to work 4 full days(3 weekdays and 1 weekend day)
· Excellent Proficiency in English
· Proficiency with MS Suite, G-Suite, JaneApp, and QuickBooks
· Additional language ability is an asset
· Experience in healthcare reception
